Internet Archive Wayback Machine

Having had a number of domains laps following James's death, rebuilding some sites has been difficult. Adding to these problems is the crass agro created by the .co.uk/.uk farce created by that Nominet money grab. Having to pay for both domains just to protect from the less than helpful actions of other parties gives nothing but extra work. Today the original medw.co.uk domain is being used by a third party simply to forward to their own website ... WHY? But this is about Wayback Machine and that is where this problem is highlighted since the older material is still available prior to 2020 but later updates simply branch to the squatter with no way to redirect to the correct .uk domain. Some other domains I do have control again of both domains but again material is contaminated on Wayback Machine by advertising and resale sites material. That we can't trace the chronology of ownership of a domain is another area that SHOULD be better managed? Today I've been trying to push the current state of my active sites to Wayback Machine and while it is displaying and emailing that is has processed them, currently NONE of the sites I've processed is yet showing on the time line. Even the 'current snapshot' option is failing to work although it may take a lot longer for those to be indexed as the site does say. Will try and check again tomorrow to see if any of the links provided on the emails starts working. Only been 18 hours so far.
