101-Styling a new site

One major advantage of a framework based web site management system is that the entire style of the site can be reworked without having to re-enter perhaps years worth of content. Many of our sites have now been running since the late 90's and while a certain amount of copying of maerial was required in the past, nowadays it is just a matter of creating a new theme to complete change the style of a site. Some of the tools created early on to handle this can now provide an easier way to import content from static sites to then take advantage of this flexibility.
