Style-Horizontal Scroll

Many of the earlier sc rolling plugins no longer work with the current Frameworks. More modern versions of jquery need to be designed for as well as keeping in sight the rest of the animation processes. Current options available without paid for licences include

simplyscroll - simplyScroll is a scroll-tastic jQuery plugin that can animate (scroll) content either automatically or manually, horizontally or vertically, backwards or forwards.

smooth div scroll - Apart from many of the other scrolling plugins that have been written for jQuery, Smooth Div Scroll does not limit the scrolling to distinct steps.

jquery thumbnail scroller - A thumbnail/image scroller that can be used as standalone or alongside lightboxes, gallery scripts etc.

In addition to simply scrolling horizontally, folding down to mobile devices add to the requirements that did not exist even a few years ago. Responcive and touch actions are needed to support that process.
